Is 300 Mg Of Ambien Lethal?

How to choose running shoes

choose the correct running shoes is important to prevent injuries, to succeed you need to know their characteristics, those of the type of racing you intend to do and the types of shoes that do exist.
Here are summarized some tips to avoid mistakes shoes.

How much do you weigh?
considered slightly below 70kg.

How are you running?
If you run a few miles a week does not have big problems and you can choose more lightly if you plan to do longer distances and to leave more than 3-4 times a week you will probably need more cushioning and above will be worth spend a little 'more time to the choice of shoes.

How fast running?
If you're quick you can choose a shoe lighter and less cushioned, otherwise opt for a little 'extra cushioning.

types of support.
The support foot is normal or neutral in several phases: the outside of the heel is the first to make contact with the ground, after which the foot makes a small turn inward, called pronation, which leads the rest of the heel in contact with the ground. Pronation is normal and serves to cushion the step. Later we support the middle and then the front foot, and it is with the forefoot and the toes that goes forward. This type of support is what we use when we run long distances.
If the movement is excessive pronation, which talks about the pronation pronator or vice versa if too little is said of ipopronatore or supinator or foot support or drive in reverse, this type of rider but is very rare. Pronators I need shoes with support or rigid, that are to be avoided like the plague from his back, for which no specific shoes.

And as you support?
The shoes, perhaps used for at least 500km, tell us much about the way in which we support. Place it on a hard surface: if you tilt inwards you're probably a pronation, if you lean out you could be a supinator, if you are not likely to tilt the support is neutral. Flip the shoes and see the wear of the sole, the same reasoning applies: If you tend to be consumed outside a supinator, pronator inside, uniformly neutral support ... be careful though, because this observation is misleading, so it's very normal that the outside of the heel is consumed. For further confirmation should also look at the insole / heel and see if and which side is crushed.

The shape of the foot, the foot is a bit 'curved, it is very likely if you are a supinator (or ipopronatore), if the foot is flat you're probably a overpronation.
test ORM
latter test is done with a paper bag or a sheet a bit 'often: wet foot, place it on the sheet and then look at the footprint. If forefoot and heel connected by a thin strip of the support is probably neutral if they are separated you are probably a supinator, if they are combined and the footprint is "fat" allora proabilmente sei un iperpronatore.
Tipi di scarpe
C’è una classificazione convenzionale delle scarpe:
A1 – superleggere
poco ammortizzate, sono adatte alle gare brevi di atleti leggeri e molto veloci; i podisti pesanti, i pronatori e i lenti devono evitarle; non sono adatte neppure in allenamento;
A2 – intermedie
peso all’incirca tra i 250g e i 290g, adatte ad atleti veloci e/o leggeri anche per allenamento, i podisti pesanti e/o lenti possono usarle come scarpe da allenamento;
A3 – massimo ammortizzamento
più pesanti, sono usate dalla maggior parte dei podisti in allenamento; sono adatte ai lenti, ai pesanti, a chi ha un appoggio neutro o in inversione;
A4 – stabili
I neutri e i supinatori devono evitarle.

A presto e buona corsa!

RUN FOR TELETHON ... Mauritian

Sabato 4 Dicembre - Cascina (PI)

Percorso piacevole tutto pianeggiante (senza fango!!!! dopo tutto quello preso domenica W trophy to women).
arrive in mid-turn over the bank for the second half of the race, the pace is always good even if the horizon a little discomfort on the right side started to threaten me (spleen or liver? Never remember! !). However, arrival at the end of the race always followed by the great Marco (my cousin) with a time of 51 minutes and net a total of 9 km and a half as indicated by my great Garmin just bought (actually threatened to fly into a ditch as he kept telling me that I had a very high pitch and I scored 5.9 km arrival but then I realized that .. that was set on the miles that are broth!)
Andrea comes with a great time: 1 hour and 2 minutes with Lele which served as a coach - spronatore - runner.
Great Runners
next Sunday in all Titignano for 15 km.

Maurizio

and add that ... (Andrea)

Mau and Mark set off a rocket, so much so that star for their I spent too much behind the top (as shown in the attached chart coordinated heart rate and rhythm, obtained con il mio nuovo eccellente Garmin!).
