Tips To Get Used To Thongs

Maratona di New York: vince Gebremariam

Gebrselassie stops at the 25th km and announces the withdrawal.
Women, Kiplagat wins.

The 41st edition of the New York Marathon will be remembered in history, as well as the Ethiopian victory Gebremariam, even for the farewell to the competition of a number of all time, and the 37 year-old world record holder (2:03 a.m.: 59 a year ago in Berlin) Haile Gebrselassie. The winner Gebre, Ethiopia too, the Addis Ababa as its captain, and was able to run at 2:08 a.m.: 14 marathon a very complicated on a day which began at the Verrazano Bridge in the cold, just four degrees. The marathon in the Big Apple, the most famous of the world who has won 45 thousand runners to the finish, just as it is on Gebrselasasie retired. It 'been crazy ride since then, after the initial tears and after unprecedented rates prohibitive. In four are fired, Gebre, Mutai, Bouramdane Kwambai and appeared to be the most reliable to win. They were in two, and Gebre Mutai, and the approach of the second Central Park began to slide backwards a delay of 1'04''while the third ended with the Kenyan Moses Kigen Kipkosgei 2:10 a.m.: 39.

The winner of last year, the American-born Meb Keflezighi Eritrea, finished in sixth place with 2:11 a.m.: 38. Note how the course has great Gebremariam: 1:05 a.m.: 20 in the first half, even 1:02 a.m.: 54 second. Very little and little Italy in Europe. The times are a thing of beauty. Let us be content instead of the twentieth calabrese Filippo Lo Piccolo with 2:23 a.m.: 10 which was also the first athlete of the Old Continent, then the 29th of Hermann Achmüller (2:26 a.m.: 52), the 30th of Adi Lyazali (2:27 a.m.: 09) and 35th of Henry Vivian (2:28 a.m.: 22) in addition to many other appearances (32 in the first 200). Don Marco Pozza, the priest fastest of all, closed 2:48 a.m.: 57.

Among the women, with the success of the Kenyan Edna Kiplagat (2:28 a.m.: 20) in front of the hostess Shalane Flanagan (2:28 a.m.: 40) and another Kenyan Mary Keitany (2:29 a.m.: 01), twelve years after his victory (2:25 a.m.: 17 in 1998) the Roman Franca Fiacconi, now 45, finished in 78th place at 3:04 a.m.: 23, the third with Italian Tatiana Bianconi, 72nd, 3:03 a.m. with the first: 03. New York, world marathon party, is the fifth Italian marathon for us in terms of attendance (almost 4000 runners competing in the Big Apple). It was also party to Edison Fernando Pena, the Chilean miner was trapped 69 days. Ever-present glasses dark spot at the start for the young ("Run, I say this because it is really nice") then the long walk, often in the past, especially on Fifth Avenue, just to be a major player in the Big Apple.

Next year there will surely be another rookie ...!

MEANWHILE ...
I needed a professional opinion on the idea of \u200b\u200brunning the marathon of Pisa and, after a consultation with a trainer, I have decided to postpone the debut ...

Whether you travel fast or slow, the path before you is the same!
