This exquisite French candy better known for its association with the work of Marcel Proust "In Search of Lost Time" is one of my favorites for afternoon tea. The narrator in the work of Proust eats a madeleine and this awakens in him memories of childhood .... but do not be afraid, far from the volervi bore me with the story of this work ... • mold for madeleines or madeleinette
• a food processor or blender
• various spatulas

Ingredients: 4 eggs

• 170g.
• 170g caster sugar.
• 180g flour. melted butter 2 teaspoons baking

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 180 °. Work the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes very thick and clear. Then add the flour and baking powder sifted and finally we also add the melted butter cold. Mix all the ingredients for good. You should rest for a while, about an hour, everything, but I usually can not resist the temptation to bake hot .. hot and eat them immediately! Then, pour the mixture into the recesses of the mold and bake for 10 ', until they become golden. With these doses, there are about 25 madeleines! Instead of madeleinette they are about 35! Try it!
