GUIDE TO RACE 1

There is no much at the start of Pisa Marathon ... AND 'ALL READY!
There's nothing to do ... THE RACE AND 'THE RACE!
Because the experience is completely satisfying, here are some tips (Personal and that I found online and on the magazine Runners) that I hope will be useful and to avoid any difficulty or embarrassment to Q'run debut.

THE PRE RACE
The night before the race, before going to sleep is critical, pinning the bib to the shirt!
Never postpone the operation in the morning of the race ... well as bringing bad luck (?) Will never find the patience to write down in the right way the 4 pins necessary to keep it up. Apply now
chip shoes ... .. same as for the chest, but in this case there are stringhe di mezzo.

Metti tutto in borsa!

Ricordati di mettere in borsa anche una vecchia felpa o un giubbino che vorresti buttare via; if the departure will be really cold, you can use it to warm up a little after the start and you can finally undress and discard.
The idea of \u200b\u200bwearing old stuff to stay warm is good and you should not feel guilty; many races in the clothes left behind by runners are collected, washed and donated to charity.

SUNDAY MORNING

Use every possible way imaginable to wake you up, including an alarm clock, cell phone, calling a friend or one of the hotel.
probably little sleep ... and if you wake up in time ... I do not want to imagine what could happen!

leave the house in which at least half an hour before you go out normally for a regular appointment, remember that the race, especially a good, often blocking the main roads of the city and then you are obligated to take alternative routes and certainly busy.
I would not want to miss a start of a race because they are stuck in traffic the same! Consider then that is not easy to find the starting area or the area enrollment and distribution chip. It still has the mass of runners in motion ... they too are here for your own reason!

Use storage bags!

In the race trying to stay awake!
Not so much on the pass because they are too subjective to be taken, what path to take, it could happen to stretches of road where you're surrounded by other runners, or perhaps sparsely reported even when you take a wrong turn.
If you decide to run with headphones, try to do it with a very soft volume, which will accompany the race and you can still hear the particulars of the employees, other runners and the warmth of the public.
Other advice is to try not to occupy the center of the road or follow the curves of the longest part, look pretty decisively to cut the distance whenever you can. In these long distances ... metri alla fine contano!

Personalmente preferisco perdere qualche secondo more in the refreshment and drink well ... I do not think they are second plunge.

TO FINISH UP THE ARMS AND SMILE!

THE POST RACE

change your clothes!
Although the excitement is sky high, seeks to recover as soon as possible the change in her purse and wearing clean dry clothes. Although you will not be washed, at least you'll be dry and avoid pain after the race. After the race, in fact, often stopping to take pictures or watch the arrival of other runners (quiet ... there's always someone coming after you!) And that is where we get stuck ... THE FANTOZZI!

Make stretching!
binge Do not waste time just to rest ... in a piece of cake and a glass of hot tea you 10 seconds of stretching. Can you complete stretching without even realizing it! Gentle exercise ... it is clear! Our muscles and our joints have already been stressed enough, and heavy exercise may give us the coup de grace, but we still try to stretch our body back, as in a half marathon there "pulling" more than 1 cm!

Without this ...

enjoy the atmosphere of the post-race ....

kisses the medal ...

and preparations for the binge ... you deserve it!

you did it. ... YOU WON!
