The U.S. is a sweet pancake that is used for breakfast.
We love and we realize we are a little bit in every possible way. They are usually eaten with maple syrup, fresh fruit or with hazelnut cream.

This morning, because now the approach of Christmas, we decided to have them imprinted with images of the star, a reindeer or Santa Claus. Dopo tanto cercare tra libri, giornali e internet, e fare tante prove... e tante mangiate, abbiamo scelto le ricette che più ci piacevano creandone una nostra personale ormai sperimentata più volte.



I Pancake

Dovete procurarvi:
  • una padella antiaderente,
  • una ciotola, meglio se di vetro,
  • una frusta a mano,
  • un cucchiaio,
  • un cucchiaino
Ingredienti
  • 120 gr di farina
  • 35 gr di zucchero semolato
  • 1 uovo intero
  • un pizzico di sale
  • una bustina di lievito per dolci
  • 200 ml di latte
  • 2 cucchiai di olio di semi (o, se non siete contrari, l'equivalente di un buon burro fuso non troppo caldo) 
  • confettura, marmellata o crema di nocciole per la farcitura

When bubbles begin to form means that it is time to turn them. To be perfect they should take one amber color on both sides.
Repeat until you have completed the entire compound. Serve hot.
