Sunday, February 6, 2011 - XXXIII march from the river Serchio Monti Pisani ... Andrea
If I knew the first name, perhaps some scruple in more 'to join me I did it.
Why 'the river was quiet, but the mountains were terrible! Among other things I discovered only after the path that we have done is proverbial fatigue and the climbs are well known by fellow runners' experts: Huts and especially the wall of the pen (which I have not reached the end 'cause I did 19 instead of 25) are paths with slopes from the ski lifts!

And luckily that first day was not raining, otherwise I think I would have definitely dropped.
But Cecco-accomplice in the usual role of social worker carrying out my running mate, I did for the first 19 km, slowly (average of 8 min and 15 sec to km ... even sloths) but to the end, without prejudice to the good refreshment stops (The last was also wine, tomatoes and croutons ½ boiled eggs with cream and capers ... I swear I ate only one of everything!) And a walk to the 16th (after the turn-down the plain).
The actual location is great: from Pappiana to St. Julian, fits and turns overlooking the plain of Pisa first, then on the side of Lucca, then back to Pisa and back down to Molina in Pappiana, with breathtaking scenery and remarkable woodland postcard.
There we enjoyed fighting them kilometers of anxiety and salitone who kill our breath and laughing legs (my) conditions and situations of loss fantozziane imagining, and then admiring the condition and shape of colleagues also more 'older we passed peacefully.

More 'you can not' claim: in the end I ran for dueoreetrentasetteminuti stop after 15 days of illness, even stuff that 6 months ago I thought it was from Ironman.
