must have been sleeping, it must have been 2 ½ and pizza on Saturday night, has been the thrill of participating in a race along with 9000 other people, but I Porcari I suffered a lot!
And I must admit that the race did not disappoint expectations: 17 km in a nice hilly course that has brought us to the historic city of Monte Carlo (medieval, charming, I admit that I knew nothing) and then up and down through the woods, often with fabulous dining . Indeed, the most difficult task was to refrain from binge: poached eggs with bacon, bread and sausage or ham or sausage or marinated anchovies (!), Spelled, bruschetta and beans, soup, pies cakes, cookies, coffee, tea chocolate hot, supplements, china hot vov ...
The race was not competitive, but the refreshment, with interest before the rush hour counters kind of festivals summer festivals: a show just that.
The path was not prohibitive, but I finally got (indeed, it would be more correct to say that I was dragged Cecco) exhausted, after 2 h and 8 min.
But next year I have a clear idea: I want to improve the time ... but I am 12 and I eat everything, from egg to the broth, caffe ' and ammazzacaffe ', and will not be easy to stay under 2 hours!
