Il percorso l’ho trovato molto bello, specialmente nel centro di Viareggio e nella parte del viale Europa; l’avevo anche un po’ studiato il giorno prima, quando sono andato a ritirare il pacco gara, il peggiore di tutti quelli visti fino ad ora!

Allora, premesso che sono ultra contenta di questo, soprattutto se si tratta dei limoni di mio suocero e dei limoni del vicino che ha degli alberi molto belli...ma ogni volta si ripresenta il dilemma! Che fare? E allora si parte con le marinate, i dolci con succo di limone, con la buccia grattugiata, i limoncelli, la pulizia delle mani, i canarini ecc...questa volta ho deciso di riproporre questa crema di limone che la volta scorsa ha avuto tanto successo!! Prepararla è facilissimo , anzi come dice sempre una nota TV presenter, is a test monkey! Get

250g farina
145g burro
2-3 cucchiai di acqua gelata
per il ripieno:
200g di prosciutto affumicato
50g. di gruviera
1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo tritato
4 uova
325ml di panna liquida
2 cucchiai di senape
sale e pepe

Procedimento
Per quanto riguarda la pasta brisée dovete semplicemente amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti fino a quando non si forma una palla morbida e liscia. Prima di usarla lasciatela riposare almeno mezz'ora in frigorifero!
Poi, non vi resta che foderare una tortiera e cuocere la sfoglia in white for about 10-15 minutes. Once ready to let it cool a bit. Spread dough on the chopped ham, cheese, parsley and egg mixture, cream, mustard, salt and pepper well mixed. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes ... until there seems curdled. Di quanto l’entusiasmo della corsa ci abbia preso tanto da farci fare anche grandi sacrifici mi sono reso conto pienamente solo domenica mattina, quando ho visto il viso dell’esordiente Vincenzo alle ore 7.15 precise: con un’espressione da 2 novembre preso male del sopradetto autista, ci siamo recati a Pisa al CEP.

Ottima location, grande entusiasmo. Meno male che non ho fatto la mezza perché già dopo 8 Km ha cominciato a farmi male un tallone. Comunque ottima prestazione : 12,7 Km in 1 h e 10 min.P.S. Veramente un paio di cinghialotte l’ho intraviste … sono convinto che sotto i pantaloni della tuta avevano certe popò di setole!

Body For Sundiro Moped




I've always loved the soft and tasty cakes that can be used at different times of the day from breakfast to cuddle after dinner accompanied by a glass of sweet liqueur (I have my favorite, of which I can not say the name but only that it has a strong almond flavor!) but each one can choose his own!
This cake is an explosion of flavors. In fact, matches very well known, with cinnamon apples and the contrast with the sweet and fresh aroma di limone, lasciato in cottura dalla scorza, la impreziosisce molto.
Di questa torta ne esistono diverse versioni, ma questa è quella che preferisco sia per gli aromi ed i sapori che si fondono e si amalgamano tra di loro, spargendo per tutta la casa un piacevolissimo profumo, che per la sua montata di burro che la rende particolarmente soffice.

Ma ora veniamo alla ricetta!
Procuratevi :
  • una ciotola capiente
  • un piatto fondo
  • un coltello per pulire le mele
  • delle fruste, meglio se elettriche
  • una spatola
  • una teglia
  • carta da forno
Ingradienti :
  • 4 not too ripe yellow apples (otherwise release too much water during cooking)
  • 150 g butter 100 g sugar + 1 tablespoon
  • 3 eggs 150 g flour 3 teaspoons baking
  • cinnamon
  • peel of a lemon juice of one lemon
Procedure:
Pull out the butter from the refrigerator to soften it at room temperature. Meanwhile wash and peel the apples and cut them in abundance. Take them on a plate and sprinkle with the lemon juice and set aside. Take the softened butter, place in bowl with sugar and using whips electric start to work together while continuing until the sugar has completely dissolved and the butter is nice becoming bloated. Now start adding one egg at a time with a tablespoon of flour. When you put all the eggs, add remaining flour all at once, to which you add the baking powder, and stir. Finally add the lemon zest and stir with a spatula.
Take the pan of your choice, considering that these doses can make a cake of about 22cm diameter, lining the inside with baking paper (to avoid adding more butter!) And pour all the mixture would be very compact. Do not worry if you can not cover the entire cake. Take the abundance of apples and spread evenly. Now, without delay, push the good apples in the compost. You must ensure that they are 'drowned' in the dough. In this way, the compound seemed to be little to cover the entire cake alternating with apples.
At this point, in a glass mix one teaspoon of cinnamon with a tablespoon of sugar and cospargeteci whole cake. Tell
in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35/40 minutes.
