Body For Sundiro Moped




I've always loved the soft and tasty cakes that can be used at different times of the day from breakfast to cuddle after dinner accompanied by a glass of sweet liqueur (I have my favorite, of which I can not say the name but only that it has a strong almond flavor!) but each one can choose his own!
This cake is an explosion of flavors. In fact, matches very well known, with cinnamon apples and the contrast with the sweet and fresh aroma di limone, lasciato in cottura dalla scorza, la impreziosisce molto.

Ma ora veniamo alla ricetta!
Procuratevi :
  • una ciotola capiente
  • un piatto fondo
  • un coltello per pulire le mele
  • delle fruste, meglio se elettriche
  • una spatola
  • una teglia
  • carta da forno
Ingradienti :
  • 4 not too ripe yellow apples (otherwise release too much water during cooking)
  • 150 g butter 100 g sugar + 1 tablespoon
  • 3 eggs 150 g flour 3 teaspoons baking
  • cinnamon
  • peel of a lemon juice of one lemon
Procedure:
Pull out the butter from the refrigerator to soften it at room temperature. Meanwhile wash and peel the apples and cut them in abundance. Take them on a plate and sprinkle with the lemon juice and set aside. Take the softened butter, place in bowl with sugar and using whips electric start to work together while continuing until the sugar has completely dissolved and the butter is nice becoming bloated. Now start adding one egg at a time with a tablespoon of flour. When you put all the eggs, add remaining flour all at once, to which you add the baking powder, and stir. Finally add the lemon zest and stir with a spatula.
Take the pan of your choice, considering that these doses can make a cake of about 22cm diameter, lining the inside with baking paper (to avoid adding more butter!) And pour all the mixture would be very compact. Do not worry if you can not cover the entire cake. Take the abundance of apples and spread evenly. Now, without delay, push the good apples in the compost. You must ensure that they are 'drowned' in the dough. In this way, the compound seemed to be little to cover the entire cake alternating with apples.
At this point, in a glass mix one teaspoon of cinnamon with a tablespoon of sugar and cospargeteci whole cake. Tell
in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35/40 minutes.
