These are fantastic quiche of Inspiration Donnahayana ".... to them, In fact, I used the recipe for their dough crust. It is not the first time I cook this pasta and I must say that the end result is never disappointing! I have prepared for the small version suitable for an aperitif, but also are great served as a main dish accompanied by a short, simple fresh salad .. the choice is yours! It goes without saying that the quiche has countless opportunities to match .... this is one of my favorites, but do not miss the occasion to give other! Get
:
crust for the dough:
a food processor (you can easily knead by hand)
for the quiche:
pan 28 cm. or small cake made in the version for mini

Ingredienti:
per 350g di pasta brisée:
250g farina
145g burro
2-3 cucchiai di acqua gelata
per il ripieno:
200g di prosciutto affumicato
50g. di gruviera
1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo tritato
4 uova
325ml di panna liquida
2 cucchiai di senape
sale e pepe
Procedimento
Per quanto riguarda la pasta brisée dovete semplicemente amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti fino a quando non si forma una palla morbida e liscia. Prima di usarla lasciatela riposare almeno mezz'ora in frigorifero!
Poi, non vi resta che foderare una tortiera e cuocere la sfoglia in white for about 10-15 minutes. Once ready to let it cool a bit. Spread dough on the chopped ham, cheese, parsley and egg mixture, cream, mustard, salt and pepper well mixed. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes ... until there seems curdled. This quiche is great both warm and cold! Try it!
forgot, you can easily freeze! For I will always do more to always have a supply ready to use!
